Three main items:
1. Admin fee $18/mo — for new numbers (already included in “new number” prices); usually waived for MNP on eligible plans.
2. Deposit $1,000 — Exit-Entry Permit / passport only; refundable after 180 days.
3. eSIM $40 one-off — only if you choose eSIM or convert from physical SIM.
No other hidden fees; the carrier bill is final.
